Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to appointments within 30 days the appointment was scheduled. There is a 10 min grace period, after that, I have the option to consider it a no-show if there is no space for your appointment. No-shows include cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointments. •1st no-show will not be charged to your account •2nd no-show will be charged 40% of the scheduled service •3rd no-show 100% of the scheduled service is charged If no-shows aren’t paid, client will be restricted from booking. My time is valuable to myself and my clients who are waiting to be fit into the schedule. So, please respect the policy🤍
